WIN Performance Co.,Ltd. “The Company” was established in 2015 with a registered capital of 1 million baht with the objective to provide full service on debt collection business by law and the boundary of debt collection act, B.E. 2558 (2015) and provide full circle of legal process. Its head office located at 1768 Thai Summit Tower, 6th Fl., New Phetchaburi Rd., Bangkapi, Huaykwang, Bangkok 10310 Thailand.

The company was registered the debt collection business to the registrar in accordance with rules, procedures and conditions prescribed in The Ministerial Regulation under the debt collection act, B.E. 2558 (2015).

July 2019
The company was received the information security management system ISO/IEC27001:2013 certificate from BSI Group (Thailand), Ltd.

October 2020
The company was received the privacy information management system ISO/IEC27701:2019 certificate from BSI Group (Thailand), Ltd., Which was developed in addition to ISO/IEC27001:2013 (ISMS: Information Security Management System) and the company is the first and only legal and debt collection service provider in Thailand to be certified to such standards.

The company provides debt collection and litigation services to XSpring AMC Asset Management Company Limited for Non-performing housing loans.

The company provides debt collection and repossession services to KTB Leasing Company Limited for Hire Purchase accounts.

The company increased the registered capital to 100 million baht to support business expansion and provide working capital

The company keeps up with the international standards of Information Security Management System (ISO/IEC27001:2013) and Privacy Information Management System (ISO/IEC27701:2019) recertification.
